GLD stands for 'Good Level of Development'. This refers to a summative assessment judgement which is made for each EYFS child at the end of the Reception year.

Year 1 Phonics Screening Check (PSC): 

75% of pupils achieved the required PSC standard (75% National Average)

67% Disadvantaged pupils achieved the required PSC standard (62% National Average)

*The PSC is re-taken in Year 2 to ensure all children can read at the required level to pass the PSC.
97% of Year 2 pupils achieved the required PSC standard.
