LincewoodCRESCO Multi Academy Trust
Lincewood Primary School is part of the Cresco Academy Trust.
Cresco MAT is made up of three local Basildon primary schools: Great Berry Primary Academy, Janet Duke Primary Academy, Noak Bridge Primary Academy and Lincewood Primary School.
Unlike many other Multi Academy Trusts, the emphasis in Cresco schools is to allow each school to maintain its own identity and autonomy. The Cresco MAT Board believes that the community is best served by the Trust being limited to a maximum of six schools, all within the local Basildon area.
Their aims are to:
- make sure that schools work together to raise standards,
- provide the best possible education for pupils,
- provide positive collaboration and professional development for staff,
- secure the best financial values for all member schools.
